Ikarus Capital acted as advisor for The Farm Energy Company Ltd in the commercial structuring and in arranging of project financing for one of the largest private wire projects in the UK. The project will have an installed capacity of 8MW wind and 20MWp solar and will supply electricity to GSK’s manufacturing facility in Irvine, Scotland pursuant to a 20 year PPA.
